Our community has been desperately calling out for new and more frequent bus services so they can get to where they need to be.
As part of our local Budget Submission to the Treasurer, for two years in a row we have requested funding for reliable bus services in our community. Both times our request has been ignored. To make matters worse, the promised Northside Bus Review has been delayed until after 2032.
Northsiders deserve better services that operate regularly both in peak and off-peak times. We also deserve a network that connects our community locally, not just to the major transport hubs.
Sign my petition to tell the Brisbane City Council and State Government to prioritise Northside bus services.
